Even though Premature Ejaculation (PE) is common, it can adversely impact your sex life and be the cause of immense dissatisfaction and embarrassment. Here's 1 technique that helps overcome it: the Squeeze Technique. It has 3 simple steps: 1. SQUEEZE: When nearing the point of orgasm, keep your thumb on the frenulum and your index finger on the opposite side and squeeze right before you’re about to ejaculate. The squeeze should be firm but not painful, and should last for 10-15 seconds. 2. STOP: Pause for about 30 seconds for your erection to drop. 3. START: Then start masturbating again. Then repeat the 3 steps. You can repeat this 4-5 times and last for about 15-20 minutes. It helps if you first use the Squeeze Technique while masturbating and only then during sexual intercourse. +++ How to use the Squeeze Technique with your partner: 1. Demonstrate the steps of the squeeze technique to your partner 2. Tell them where to position their fingers on your penis and the amount of pressure you want 3. Communicate with your partner.
