Researchers at the University of Kentucky want to determine whether the “erectile dysfunction drug” Cialis (tadalafil) or the “overactive-bladder drug” Myrbetriq (mirabegron) or will improve blood sugar and metabolism. You may be eligible for this research study if you are: • Overweight (BMI more than 27) • Age 35-65 years old • Are not on medications for diabetes • Have not had a previous heart attack or severe heart condition Participants will receive compensation for their time.
